During the last couple of weeks, the argentine artist Franco Fasoli Jaz collaborated with Conor Harrington on a massive 130 foot-high wall at O.bra in São Paulo, Brazil. Curated by Instagrafite, the festival wrapped up its first edition with international and Brazilian artists such as Herbert Baglione, Interesni Kazki, Alexis Diaz, Inti, Vitché and Jan Kálab, Herakut, M-City, Speto, just to mention a few.

Franco Fasoli aka Jaz is taking his murals to the next level. With solid colors and hermetic shapes, Jaz recreates the collage-style he had been developing on his last gallery-works. It's always good when a Muralist looks for new directions on his own style.

After experimenting with different materials, Franco Fasoli, aka Jaz, has taken a new artistic direction. The substantial change in his work is based on the use of collage as the fulcrum, and came about after his residency in Miami, culminating in his solo show "Choque" in the Celaya Brothers Gallery in Mexico City.

Franco Fasoli a.k.a. Jaz has a new mural up in Montreal, Canada as part of the city's Mural Festival. The piece is called The Popular and mirrors his collage aesthetic, in which complex images are rendered in fragmented blocks of color.

After two successful group shows with Argentinian artist Franco Fasoli – JAZ, BC Gallery continues the collaboration with a solo show under the title VINCULO. From June 6th to July 26th visitors will be able to experience his paintings which are defined by the tensions of ambivalence. The works are specifically made to be arranged in the gallery space and therefore fill the atmosphere with the spirit of his vision.

This small shack in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina already looked like a painting before the painting that Franco Fasoli aka Jaz did on it. The Buenos Aires-based artist painted two characters with something covering their heads. Looks like a serene place to paint something.

Ushuaia, Argentina is commonly referred to as the southernmost city of the world and is the location of this most recent collaboration between Franco Fasoli aka Jaz and Seth Globepainter. The two capitalized on an abandoned boat each painting their own distinct signature character on the exterior.

Franco Fasoli aka Jaz, has painted two new walls in two different countries. The first one with red horses was painted on the side of busy street in Cordoba, Argentina. The second with the big cats was painted in Wynwood, Miami during Art Basel.
