One of our favorite exhibitions of the past 5 years was Urs Fischer's show at MOCA, and that makes us very excited that he will be participating in "Juxtapoz x Superflat." The show takes place August 4—7, 2016 at Pivot Art & Culture in Seattle.

From Gagosian, to MOCA, to the Broad, to Gavin Brown, Urs Fisher is in the top echelon of contemporary art. We turn the Broad Museum to describe Urs's work: "Swiss artist Urs Fischer considers his artwork a “collision of things,” and often his collisions are large and memorable... Fischer builds these strange relationships, these wrecks of unlikely pairs, while winking at pop art, assemblage, and even Dada in the process. Ultimately, the off-kilter result is delightfully strange." When you look through the gallery above, you see in Urs's world, everything is possible, everything can and will be used, and you may find yourself in a fantasy world in the meantime.
